Large items such as vanities and bathtubs typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7-14 business days depending on your location, as these items require specialized freight handling to ensure they arrive safely.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Sunlight Bathrooms provides high-quality fixtures and detailed installation guides, we do not offer direct installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber or contractor to ensure your warranty remains valid and the products are installed to code.
What is your return policy for bathroom tiles and hardware?
We accept returns on most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for tiles, we only accept returns on full, unopened boxes. A restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
Are your faucets and showerheads compatible with standard plumbing?
Yes, all Sunlight Bathrooms fixtures are designed to meet standard North American plumbing specifications (NPT). If you are ordering for an international project, please check the product descriptions for specific thread types.
