At Sunlight Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all fixtures and components are unused and securely packed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective foam and hardware kits are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
